Robert J. Corliss, former president/CEO at The Athlete's Foot, became
CEO and president of Utix Group, Inc, a leading prepaid gift tickets
provider.

Corlis resigned from The Athlete's Foot in May following the sale of
the franchisor to NexCen Brands, Inc. in November 2006.
In 2003, Corliss, along with members of the senior
management team, purchased The Athlete's Foot from Group Rallye.

Prior joining The Athlete's Foot in 1998, Corliss was the founder,
president and CEO of Infinity Sports, which operated the Bike Athletic
brand. He also had been CEO and president of Herman's Sporting Goods.

Corliss has been a Utix board member since January of 2005. At Utix,
Corliss replaces Tony Roth, who is becoming CEO and President of
California based Commerce Planet. Based in Burlington, MA, Utix issues
its proprietary technology and co-branded prepaid experience products,
including golf, bowling, ski, spa and movie tickets to the
business-to-business industry and retail marketplace.
