Blundstone, the original Chelsea boot brand since 1870 from Tasmania, Australia, will launch multiple events throughout the festival in Park City, Salt Lake City, Sundance and Ogden, Utah from Jan. 22 – Feb. 1. As the Official Boot of the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, Blundstone will host exciting activities as part of its collaboration with the industry incubator.

The fun will kick off on Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the Day One Party at Legacy Lodge. Over 2,000 attendees can enjoy interactive games, free and discounted products and social media contests at the iconic Blundstone airstream trailer.

As a Sustaining Sponsor, Blundstone will also be a highlight at the Festival Co-op at 608 Main Street in Park City, labeled the “social hub” for attendees. Over 15,000 festivalgoers can try-on and purchase Blundstone boots at a discount, exclusively offered throughout the festival. Guests will also be invited to enter Blundstone’s film-related “Identify the Indie” contest. More than 300 filmmakers, jurors and special guests will receive a complimentary pair of Blundstone boots through an invitation-only event at the Blundstone Hospitality Suite in Festival Headquarters from January 22 – 25, 2015.

In celebration of Australia Day and Australian filmmaking talent at the festival, Blundstone will join Ausfilm as a sponsor of the industry networking brunch on Monday, January 26. Six Australian projects will be showcased including Assent, Followers, Partisan, Sam Klemke's Time Machine, Strangerland, and The Face of Ukraine: Casting Oksana Baiul.
