Blue Ridge Outdoors also puts its money where its mouth is. The magazine will contribute a percentage of its monthly sales to the BRO Green Fund, a grassroots environmental fund aimed at protecting Southeastern forests and public lands. July’s Green Fund beneficiary is the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

The Green Issue will be published in July and distributed free at thousands of locations throughout the Southeast. Blue Ridge Outdoors reaches a quarter-million readers from D.C. to Atlanta and is the country’s largest regional outdoor publication.
