Bill “Blazer” Blazewicz has joined Contourwear as director of sales. Formerly Northeast Regional Manager for Mammut Sports Group, Inc., and before that an independent industry rep, Blazewicz brings more than a decade of experience and sales talent to Contourwear.
“Were more than delighted to have Blazer take on this role for Contourwear,” says co-founder and CEO Julie Liveris. “He will be an integral part of our team as we move through rapid growth.”
In addition to leading Contourwears sales representatives, Blazewicz will direct retail, specialty retail, Internet and catalog sales for Contourwear. He will also be responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term sales strategies in existing and new distribution channels.
“Contourwear has truly re-invented the womens outdoor and travel clothes by using innovative performance fabrics like Schoeller® Dynamic, and making them less frumpy-for lack of a better term,” remarks Blazewicz. “But let’s face it, Contourwear customers want to look sassy and sexy whether they are wearing our clothes to the boardroom, hiking in the mountains or visiting a third world country.
