Billabong COO Jeff Streader announced two key appointments on his global team. Randy Mikko Royce has been appointed to the role of Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Kitty Ho has been appointed as Vice President, Global sourcing for the Billabong Group of companies.

Randy brings over twenty years’ worth of experience in product development, global sourcing and strategic supply chain implementation. He will be responsible for leading our global sourcing, product development and R&D functions worldwide. Randy will report directly to Jeff Streader.

Kitty Ho has more than thirty years of experience in product development, manufacturing, sourcing and divisional management. She will have direct oversight for all aspects of our global sourcing strategy. Kitty will report directly to Randy Royce. Both of these roles will be based in our Hong Kong offices.

Randy’s background includes leadership roles in sourcing, product development and production at men’s and women’s global retail and promotional brands from sportswear to luxury goods. Most recently, Randy held the position of Divisional Vice President at Eddie Bauer Holdings Inc., developing and executing their global sourcing strategy across all product categories. Since 2011, and based in Hong Kong, Randy’s role focused on creating and aligning best manufacturing guidelines and partnering with their US team on product development. From 2007 – 2011, Randy was Chief Buying Officer at New Wave Group based in Shanghai, China. Prior to this, Randy was with Nordstrom and Cutter & Buck in Seattle.

Kitty has held senior leadership roles in global sourcing and product development at VF Asia, Guess Asia, Kellwood Company and Li & Fung, and merchandising roles with Tommy Hilfiger and Liz Claiborne.
