Bill Dodge Appointed Marketing Manager for Dunham

In an effort to build on the momentum gained in 2003, Boston-based Dunham announces that Bill Dodge will assume the role of Marketing Manager for the brand. In this new role, Dodge will be responsible for all aspects of the Dunham product development team including product marketing, research and development, and design, with a specific focus on the outdoor performance category.

For the past four years Dodge has been the National Sales Manager for Dunham. Since New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc. acquired the brand in 1998, Dodge has contributed in growing the business significantly. As Dunham moves into 2004, the brand continues to place a substantial amount of resources and emphasis on product development.

“We're excited to have Bill take on the new role of Marketing Manager,” said Steve Ettridge, Division Manager for Dunham. “Bill has already made significant contributions during his tenure at Dunham. We have no doubt that his experience combined with his passion and knowledge of product will further establish Dunham as a premium performance footwear brand.”

A 25-year veteran of the outdoor industry, Dodge has had a very extensive career working in product marketing, sales, brand and product launch management. He joined Dunham in 1999. Prior to Dunham, Dodge spent 20 years working for Salomon, where he specifically directed the launch of Salomon's footwear line in North America.
