Bergans USA has added 4,000 square feet to its Longmont, CO facility and hired Ryan Pennock as customer service manager.

As the Bergans brand continues to grow in North America, we continue to focus on servicing our dealer, customer, and reps in the best way possible, said Bergans USA VP of Sales and Marketing Keith Patterson.

Pennock comes to Bergans with in-depth experience in sales and retail management. He most recently managed select GoLite stores in the Denver area. Prior to GoLite, he worked at Sierra Trading Post as a gear and product specialist.

With the amount of resources available to retailers and consumers, and competition at an all-time high, if people dont feel taken care of theyll simply move on, said Pennock. At Bergans thats not something were necessarily worried about, its more of a challenge we are prepared to meet head on. We are going to refine and personalize our approach; focusing on the individual. A tailored customer service experience is our goal.

In addition, Bergans USA has added 4,000-square-feet to its existing facility. The expansion includes a new dealer showroom and more warehousing space to accommodate its growing inventory to support the companys sales increases.
