Bearpaw Footwear announced that in accordance with plans for expansion and growth in the coming months, Bob Krieger has been hired as the company's new chief financial officer.

Krieger has extensive experience in the financial field. Most recently Krieger was co-founder and CEO of Perennial Pension and Wealth, Inc. He has also worked as a full-service financial advisor at Franklin/Templeton mutual funds and Merrill Lynch.

Previously, the role of COO and CFO was a dual role at Bearpaw Footwear held by Wayne Cottrell. In order to prepare for future growth at the company, Cottrell will focus on the role of COO moving forward. Cottrell will be devoting his time to supporting the success of the daily business functions of the company such as warehousing, transportation and other vital procedures.
