Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers announced that Bass Pro Shops has committed to anchor their newest development in Pearland, Texas. Plans for Bass Pro Shops to anchor The Promenade Shops at Shadow Creek, an 800,000 square foot lifestyle center were announced at this year's 2005 ICSC Spring Convention held May 23-25 in Las Vegas, NV. The store is tentatively scheduled to open with the center's grand opening in fall 2007.
Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers also announced that Bass Pro Shops will locate its first California store at their new lifestyle center development in Manteca, CA. Plans for Bass Pro Shops to anchor The Promenade Shops at Orchard Falls, a 700,000 square foot regional lifestyle center were announced at this year's 2005 ICSC Spring Convention held May 23-25 in Las Vegas, NV. The store is tentatively scheduled to open with the center's grand opening in fall 2007
