Athletifreak, a luxury athleisure brand headquartered in Bridgewater, NJ, opened its fifth store, the first in New York, at Huntington Station, Long Island, in the Huntington Shopping Center at 350 Walt Whitman Road.
The company and brand was founded in 2021 in Basking Ridge, NJ, by husband-and-wife Mo and Noor Wadhwani, who also operate stores in Bridgewater and Basking Ridge, NJ. The couple also opened a store in Nashville, TN, last November.
Overseas, the Wadhwani’s opened a store in New Delhi, India, last September. The brand is backed by Shahid Kapoor, an Indian actor who primarily appears in Hindi films, and his wife and entrepreneur Mira Kapoor.
