Aspen Highlands Mountain closing day has been extended by one week to April 28 due to heavy snowfall in Aspen Snowmass.
In the last seven days, Aspen Snowmass has received just under three feet of new snow, and with all of the fresh powder on the mountains, the ski season at Aspen Highlands has been extended. Aspen Highlands will be open for a bonus weekend. Daily operations remain through April 21 with the official closing party taking place on Sunday, April 21. Aspen Highlands will reopen for skiing and riding Saturday and Sunday, April 27-28
