Asolo USA has decided to re-organize and relocate Lowe Alpine’s American operations and brand management. The Colorado-based offices will join Asolo N.A. in their headquarters in New Hampshire. As part of the transition process, two of Lowe’s key executives will be leaving the company.

Geoff O’Keeffe and Gareth Richards will leave the group July 31st and will assist with the reorganization in the interim. Lowe Alpine said that the two offices have been collaborating on the consolidation and expect the transition to follow seamlessly and on time.

Bruce Franks, who will be taking over U.S. operations, said “We are very pleased with the progress of the transition, and we appreciate the energy, help and solid support provided us by Geoff and Gareth. We extend out thanks to them both.”

BOSS spoke with Richards, who said that he and O’Keefe simply did not want to leave the Colorado area. As far as future prospects go, the pair is “not worried.”
Lowe Alpine and Asolo USA plan to combine their trade show efforts beginning with this August’s Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, with both brands exhibiting within a newly designed booth.
