Arc'Teryx has promoted several of its principal employees. Long time designer Tom Fayle has been promoted to Director of Product Design. Janice Larsen has been elevated to Director of Product Engineering. Lance Richardson, formerly the Director of Product Planning, shifts to the newly created position of Director of Business Development. Darcy Mercier has been promoted to Director of Manufacturing.
