Arcteryx said that in order to support its strong growth, it made several strategic changes within its executive structure. George Curleigh assumes the role of vice president of sales.

With 19 years experience in European & North American sales management and retail, Curleigh will oversee all global sales and service efforts. His title was formerly director of sales.

Shifting to VP Product & Merchandising, Gary Bryant brings his extensive background in the outdoor industry to oversee all facets of research, design and product development. He was formerly vice president of sales.

Moving to VP Operations, Lance Richardson will oversee all facets of supply chain, logistics and operations. Lance has played pivotal roles within Arcteryx for 15 years. His last post was vice president, business development.

Tom Fayle, also with 15 years at Arcteryx, assumes the newly created position of director, Advanced Research and Development. Fayle will direct the innovation pipeline that is the heart and soul of the company. He had been vice president of design.
