Aravon added footwear industry veteran, Cathleen Aron, as Product Manager. Aron comes to the brand with eight years of experience in the footwear industry. As Product Manager, Aron will work in cross-functional teams to successfully develop, design, manage, merchandise and drive a product line that meets the business plans and long-term visions for the Aravon brand.

Aron comes to Aravon from Stride Rite, Inc. where she launched and managed the Born Children’s, Nuborn and Saucony Kids brands as Product Manager. Aron has previously worked at New Balance Athletic Shoe, Inc., holding positions over her five years with the company as a Project Manager for the Marketing and Running Team as well as Line Manager for the Advanced Concepts group. Aron has also worked for Adidas International, Inc. in the Key Accounts Business Development Unit. Aron received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, later went on to receive her Master of Science from the same institution and then earned her MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
