Two Ten Footwear Foundation, the national charitable foundation serving the footwear industry, today announced that Amazon Fashion will return as the Title Sponsor for Footwear Cares 2015, the Foundation’s national community service program that brings the footwear industry together through volunteerism.

Through Footwear Cares, Two Ten proudly partners with many local, regional and national charitable nonprofits to provide volunteer opportunities to the footwear industry with one single objective: getting people back on their feet. Launched three years ago, Footwear Cares now serves as the conduit for many footwear companies to engage in community service.

“Amazon Fashion is proud to continue our support of the Two Ten Footwear Foundation and the Footwear Cares initiative,” said Stan Friedlander, GMM of Footwear, Amazon Fashion. “Last year, over 100 footwear companies joined together, spending thousands of hours working to provide resources to 83 non-profit organizations across the country. We are excited to make a lasting impact on both a local and national level again this year.”

“Strengthening our community – getting people back on their feet – has been a core tenet since our founding 75 years ago,” said Neal Newman, president of Two Ten Footwear Foundation. “The generous support of Amazon Fashion, as the title sponsor of Footwear Cares, enables us to involve thousands of employees from footwear companies across the country as volunteers, all working together to change the lives of families in need.”
