Zepp Health, the parent company of Amazfit, acquired the core assets and intellectual property of Wild.AI, a women’s wellness platform that uses data to help female athletes track, train, fuel, and recover based on their hormonal life stage.

The acquisition was completed at the end of August and includes Wild.AI’s proprietary technology and select members of its leadership team.

Zepp Health’s acquisition also builds on the previous success of its partnership with Wild.AI, which includes the recently launched Wild.AI mini app on Amazfit’s Active 2 smartwatch.

“Our mantra of Train, Recover, Repeat found natural alignment with Wild.AI’s mission,” said Scott Shepley, head of Global Marketing at Amazfit. “Rather than reinventing the wheel, we saw an opportunity to make it run smoother and faster by integrating Wild.AI’s cutting-edge capabilities into our performance ecosystem. This is a major step forward in delivering meaningful value to female athletes across the world.”

“Wild.AI was born from a desire to build for women first—not as an afterthought,” said Hélène Guillaume, founder of Wild.AI. “Zepp Health shares our belief that physiology-informed tools are critical for women to thrive in sport. Together, we’ll continue to support our community and bring Wild.AI’s science-driven approach to millions more.”
