Aetrex Worldwide Inc., a global leader in comfort and wellness footwear products, has sold its Apex Foot Health & Wellness division to Orthotic Holdings Inc. (OHI), a leading provider of orthotics and footwear. The new entity will be known as Apex Foot Heath Industries, LLC.

The transition is expected to be seamless and efficient with no disruption to customers and patients. The Aetrex management team will continue to serve as senior strategic advisors to OHI and the new operation will remain at Apex’s current location in Teaneck, NJ, continuing to provide excellent customer service, support and quality.

Aetrex will still retain full ownership of its Aetrex branded consumer footwear, technology & orthotics divisions, including Sandalistas, Berries, Essence, iStep, Lynco Orthotics, CopperSole socks and others.

The combined resources, including the broad range of products, impeccable service, highly developed operations and expansive distribution system will offer improved benefits to all, increased customer satisfaction and elevated patient care.
