New York advertising agency DeVito/Verdi has been awarded the advertising duties for Aerosoles, the footwear retailer and manufacturer.  The announcement was made by Aerosoles, which was recently acquired by the Boston-based private equity firm Palladin Consumer Retail Partners.

The independent advertising agency will help create a brand positioning for the company and be responsible for all advertising, in-store and online branding.

The company conducted its advertising review among a number of agencies.  DeVito/Verdi was selected because of its strategic retail communications capabilities and its history of creating award-winning advertising, according to PCRP.
