Adrenalina, the action sports store, signed exclusive licensing agreements to sell Adrenalina-branded children's footwear and fragrances. Both product lines will be available at national and international retailers, as well as Adrenalina stores.

“We are delighted to expand Adrenalina's profile, and believe that our ability to attract international licensing deals reflects the strength of the Adrenalina brand,” said Jeffrey Geller, president of Adrenalina. “With over 1 million people visiting each of our stores per year, a popular television program and three magazines, Adrenalina is rapidly becoming the ultimate extreme sports brand.”

Adrenalina has agreed to a five-year licensing contract with children's footwear company, Kinderland, Inc. Kinderland's top brands include Giorgio Armani Juniors, Pliner Jrs, and Venettini. The Miami-based company will create girls and boys shoes in various athletic styles with a concentration in skate shoes and fashion sneakers.

“We picked Adrenalina as a licensing partner because its brand projects an exciting image that appeals to the youth market,” notes Margie Castillo, business manager of Kinderland, Inc. The products will be available in stores for Spring/Summer 2009.

In a separate five-year licensing agreement, DLI Enterprises, Inc. will produce fragrances for both men and women called “Live Adrenalina.” Designed to reflect the extreme sports lifestyle, “Live Adrenalina” will be sold in Adrenalina retail locations and at other retailers as early as this Christmas.

“As one of the hippest new retailing concepts, Adrenalina is the ideal licensing partners that will enable us to get our fragrances in front of the extreme sports market,” explained Paul Farago, Chief Operating Officer of DLI Enterprises, Inc
