Adidas announced plans to open its first full-price store at Minnesota’s Mall of America in October.

The 9,161-square-foot space will offer a curated mix of Adidas Originals and Badge of Sport collections, merchandised with products tailored to the Minnesota community. “At the center of the store will be an enhanced Made For You (MFY) experience, providing consumers with opportunities to personalize and customize their products through both service and product-based offerings,” Mall of America officials offered in a media release’

“Designed around three retail zones — Footwear, Made For You, City Shop and an “elevated storefront with integrated digital touchpoints” — a key highlight of the space’s design will be an in-store shop focused on Anthony Edwards, star guard of the Minnesota Timberwolves and an Adidas ambassador.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Adidas to Mall of America, marking another first-to-market brand for our guests,” said Carrie Charleston, VP and head of Leasing at Mall of America. “This best-in-class retail experience will offer our guests an innovative way to engage with the brand through product, customization and immersive storytelling, creating a shopping experience that reflects the future of retail.”
