Adidas is launching a line of fitness accessories in the United States. The offering of core fitness products includes categories such as training gear, yoga equipment, protective gear and more.

This line will be available in select sporting goods chains and department stores in the fourth quarter of 2019. Adidas chose the Athletic Brands Alliance as its U.S. representative for this category.

“Adidas’s entry into this category will be a game changer for this industry,” said David A. Gindi, managing partner at Athletic Brands Alliance. “Up until now, there has been a minimal focus on brands in this category and consumers have been asking for a brand that they know and trust. This is even more prevalent when it comes to workout routines where safety and quality are of upmost importance.”

Athletic Brands Alliance’s brands also include Reebok and Shred & Tone. It also has a partnership with , Nickelodeon for kids products.
