Adidas wasn’t joking around when it announced big plans to build out the Adidas + Kanye West entity, which the company promised would bring new footwear, apparel and accessories for all genders across street and sport, plus its own retail locations.

On July 29, the same day the three stripes announced the renewed relationship with rapper/fashion designer Kanye West, Adidas Group posted job openings on its company website, including the mammoth positions of Yeezy Senior Developer for Footwear, Design Director, Director of Product & CTC, Senior Designer for Apparel, and Direct Brand Communications & Activation.

It would appear from the job openings that Adidas foresees Yeezy to be the “Jordan Brand” of its company and is prepping to drive full-force into R&D for the upcoming label.
