East Carolina Athletics officially signed a multi-year extension with Adidas to continue as the official provider of footwear, apparel and equipment for all 18 Pirate varsity programs. ECU has also expanded its partnership with BSN Sports, which will now serve as the department’s exclusive distributor of all Adidas-branded gear and accessories.
The extension builds on a decade-long relationship that began in 2016. The new partnership with BSN Sports helps streamline operations.
“We are thrilled to continue our journey with Adidas,” said Director of Athletics Jon Gilbert. “For ten years, our student-athletes and coaches have competed in world-class gear. By bringing BSN Sports into this partnership, we are enhancing our ability to equip our teams with top-tier performance products while making that same high-quality gear more accessible to Pirate Nation.”
Through this dual partnership, BSN Sports will manage the logistics and supply chain for ECU’s athletic programs.
