Injinji, innovator of the patented Performance Toesock, added trail running standout Adam Campbell to Team Injinji’s family of elite athletes.

Hailing from Vancouver, BC, Campbell’s stellar resume includes 2011 victories at the Canadian 50-Mile Trail Championships, a second place finish at the Courmayer-Compex-Chamonix 98km race in France, and a third at the North Face Endurance Challenge 50-mile in San Francisco.  In 2012, Campbell notched a win at the Chuckanut 50K.

A practicing attorney, 33-year old Campbell’s recent success in the ultra-running scene, dedication to the sport and commitment to Injinji Performance Toesocks makes him the ideal ambassador for Injinji, whose roots are proudly grounded in the running community. Adam’s wife Lauren is a professional Triathlete and was a member of the Canadian Olympic Team in 2008.

“Adam Campbell is an incredibly talented runner and I’m thrilled he has joined our elite team of athletes,” said Russell Nadel, SVP Operations/GM.  “Injinji has secured a serious reputation among runners worldwide and ambassadors such as Adam help drive our brand and product benefits to the next level.”

Campbell will be competing at the Ultra Trail Mount Fuji in Japan this weekend – the largest scale trail run in Asia. In addition to Injinji, Campbell’s sponsors include Salomon, Arcteryx, Cliff, Ryders, and Suunto.
