ActionVillage.com, once a leading paintball online retailer, is closing its doors and liquidating its complete inventory, according to a listing on the Chicago Tribune’s website.


A foreclosure sale is slated to be held on May 17, according to the Tribune’s listing. It will include inventory, equipment, goods, general intangibles, computer hardware and software and related rights, fixtures and all proceeds of the foregoing.


Spin Holdings, LLC, a secured creditor of Action Village, LLC,  will hold a public foreclosure at the law offices of Robert E. Richards in Chicago. The listing describes Action Village, founded in 1998, as an online retailer located in Wood Dale, IL that sells skateboard, snowboard, paintball and biking equipment and related apparel.
