8AM Golf, the parent of True Spec Golf, Miura Golf and other golf businesses, has made a “strategic growth investment” in Redan, the private member club and heritage brand.

Specific terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Co-founded by Jon Buscemi, Andrew Pavoni, and Daniel Libman, Redan functions as a “fashion house” rooted in golf, offering members access to Italian-made apparel, curated golf-course experiences and a travel concierge. The offering includes partnerships with Bettinardi, Cadillac, Moët Hennessy, Mr. Leight, FootJoy, Private Suite (PS), and Atlas Card.

8AM Golf is the holding company founded by businessman, philanthropist and golf entrepreneur Howard Milstein and led by CEO Hoyt McGarity, with a portfolio that includes Golf and Golf.com, True Spec Golf, Miura Golf, Club Conex, Fairway Jockey, T- Squared Social, Payntr Golf, and the recently announced McLaren Golf.

“Redan is one of the most compelling membership brands to emerge in golf in a generation,” said Hoyt McGarity, CEO of 8AM Golf. “The Redan founders and the team have done what very few have managed in this category — build something the most sophisticated players in the world actually want to belong to. Through our investment, our network, and our operational expertise, we look forward to accelerating Redan’s international rollout, putting the company on the courses, in the cities, and in the conversations where it belongs.”

Co-Founder and Creative Visionary Jon Buscemi, who has shaped Redan’s design language and cultural footprint since inception, added: “We’ve always thought about Redan as a heritage brand that can stand the test of time. I’ve been excited about high-quality products and experiences for decades. Now, being able to apply it to the game that I love, in partnership with 8AM, things get much more interesting.”
