GoPro, Inc. reported in a regulatory filing that it promoted Brian Tratt to senior vice president and chief financial officer. He previously served as VP, CFO.
Tratt joined GoPro as an assistant controller in 2012. He became CFO in March 2026. At the time, he succeeded Brian McGee, who transitioned from CFO to president and chief operating officer.
