Crocs, Inc. has resolved a legal dispute before the Regional Court of Cologne, in which Fusion Shoe, based in Pirmasens, Germany, was alleged to have infringed rights associated with HeyDude’s “Wally” style footwear.
Under the terms of the settlement, Fusion Shoes, a brand of CM Laufsteg Munchen International Brands GmbH, discontinued sales of the Fusion Superlight models at issue.
