2XU North America, a leading athletic compression and performance apparel company, welcomed Greg Demgen to the position of team wear sales and service manager. Demgen brings more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience within the endurance and custom team wear industry.

Demgen joined 2XU after previously working as the Director of Custom Sales for Squadra and Zoot, both are owned by Jarden Inc. He worked closely with sales staff, agencies, key accounts and specialty retailers to build strong relationships and develop sustainable sales strategies. Demgen also has experience developing consumer-facing marketing initiatives and special project development from his time at Pearl Izumi, Rudy Project, DeFeet and Bolle America.

“We are excited to welcome Greg to the 2XU team,” said Mike Keeley, global team wear and institutional business manager. “As 2XU team wear continues to grow, we are confident that Greg’s vast knowledge of the endurance industry combined with his custom specification sales experience, he will be an invaluable asset to the company.”

In his new role, Demgen will drive the implementation of brand strategy and sales drivers direct to consumer and the expansion to B2B. He will also co-ordinate the go to market strategy between the sales and marketing team, as well as the company’s independent sales representatives and agencies to ensure 2XU custom team wear dealers achieve success.

“I have respected 2XU since its inception, as both an athlete and competitor, it was a mere formality when the opportunity arose to join the brand to lead the custom team wear department,” said Demgen. “2XU is in a great position for scalable growth, and I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to apply my skill set to a brand that is committed to its heritage within the endurance market”
